Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the customer, the products are shipped by Jesurum DAP (Delivered at Place) by courier.
Jesurum guarantees the shipment of products within 3 (three) working days from the purchase on the site by the Customer or within the different date indicated on the site at the time of purchase for products not immediately available in stock.
SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
For products sold through the site www.jesurum.it and not personalized, Jesurum grants the Customer the right to terminate the Contract within 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the product. In case the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the latter shall send an e-mail to info@jesurum.it communicating his/her will to withdraw from the contract and the bank details to be used for the refund of the price paid (net of the shipping costs). The Customer must then return the goods to Jesurum at the following address:

The shipping costs for the return of products for which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal are charged to the Customer. Once received the returned goods and verified that the same are not damaged, Jesurum will refund the price paid by the Customer. The refund will be made within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the returned goods by bank transfer.
